We provide free shipping in India based on the serviceable pincodes from our partners.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in case our partner doesn’t cover that area or that area has become inaccessible for any reaons.

We usually ship completed orders within 1-3 days within India. In case of wrong address provided or our partner is not able to deliver due to non-availability of customer, and/or any other reason, then IHTPL reserves the right to cancel the order and provide no or partial refund to the customer.

We also ship orders internationally(outside India) within 1-3 days and the customer will be responsible for all customs duty, and any other charges, etc which are levied by the customer’s country. Customer will also be responsible for getting the shipment custom cleared in their country.

Any order once placed online cannot be cancelled. Customer can write to support@purobest.com for cancelling an order which will be at sole discretion of IHTPL.

The shipping charges will applicable on international shipments and will be communicated at the time of purchase and added to the checkout amount.

Any currency conversion charges, processing fees etc levied on international payments will have to be borne by the customer.
